We want to encourage you to have your contract reviewed before you sign it. Most business people focus on the main points of the proposed arrangement, whatever they might be.

But the main points of an arrangement, like the price, what you have to do, what the other side has to do, take up about 5% of the contract you're being asked to sign.   The other 95% is pretty critical because how it will affect you is not always easy to see, especially if you don't read complex documents for a living.
